Homemade Juice: Recipe #001

Ingredients: 

4 green apples 🍏

½ cucumber 🥒

1 cup spinach 🥗

3 celery sticks

1 cup green grapes 🍇 (I went back and added this in later for more sweetness)


Vitamin A: good for the immune system, promotes healthy skin, growth support, vision support

Vitamin B: helps with metabolism

Vitamin C: helps with collagen formation, source of antioxidant, assists with iron absorption, helps the immune system, and helps produce neurotransmitters in the brain

Vitamin E: an antioxidant, helps improve vision, skin, and helps with the immune system

Vitamin K: important for healthy bones, blood clotting and wound healing


This juice is a diuretic, which helps to reduce excess fluid and salt in the body. It also contains potassium, iron, calcium, protein, quercetin, and much more. The health benefits of this juice are endless, and it actually tastes sooo good. 


If you have a juicer, pick up these ingredients yourself and try this recipe out. Stick around for many more recipes to come. 


Tip💡: Run your excess pulp through your juicer until it no longer produces any juice. That way you maximize the amount of juice you’re getting from your fruits and veggies.
